ABSTRAC Thesis title : “THE EFFECT ANALISIS OF PATHFINDER PROGRAM THE GROWTH OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH OF CIRACAS CONFERENCE DKI JAKARTA BASED ON PROVERB 22:6” Researcher : Kelso Free Andy Pasaribu. The effect analysis of Pathfinder Program on the Growth of Young People in the Seventh Day Adventist Church of Ciracas DKI Jakarta Confrence based on Proverb 22:6. Key words: Program, Pathfinder, The growth, and Young people. The discussion about ‘The effect analysis of Pathfinder Program on the Growth of Young People in the Seventh Day Adventist of Ciracas DKI Jakarta confrens based on Proverb 22:6’ is very relevant for present time, because young people are needed in the kinds of their talent. Young people should get the big attention to prepare them for a perfect Christian character, diligent in study and perseverance in prayer so as to experience a harmonious growth between physical, mental, spiritual, and social. Young people are instrumental in making changes in a environment. In their life, they are very fast in responding to what they face. The church and parents should give the useful theology contribution for children spirituality. The church must be an agent in the human rescue mission, especially in coaching the young people’s character from an early age for the growth of spirituality and equip young people in evangelism and service for the importance of God’s Kingdom on earth. One of the youth activities programs that can be practiced in the chuch is Pathfinder. This gathering or youth activity that be held in church is meant to build character, provide social interaction, give leadership training and Adventist youth service for teenager in Christian service. Solomon King emphasizes the importance to educate youth people “according to the proper road for him” (Proverbs 22:6) means educate the proper road for him or according to his mental and body development. Educate includes create the desire, teaching, maintaining, training, developing, dedicating, initiating, caring and to making disciplin. Building the youth people is to prepare them not just in present time but also for the future time. The research is held in Ciracas congregation, DKI Jakarta Confrence,with the aim to know how far the understanding of members of the congregation about the influence of Pathfinder Program on Youth Spiritual Growth, through three indicators namely: The importance of the pathfinder program, the effectiveness of the pathfinder program and the influence of the pathfinder program. The method be used in this study is quantitative research, and data collection tools that be used in the form of questionnaire to analyze the effect of pathfinder program on the growth of spirituality of young people based on proverbs 22: 6. The results show that there is a relationship between the growth of youth spirituality toward the pathfinder program based on Proverbs 22; 6, with percentage 73.6%. The influence of the pathfinder program on youth spiritual growth is evidenced by the understanding of the importance of the pathfinder program, the effectiveness of the pathfinder program and the influence of the pathfinder program. The overall of the respondents understand about the effect of the pathfinder program on the growth of youth spirituality, although on the indicator of the effectiveness of the pathfinder program that is shown in the statement item number 12 with the smallest total score of 4.16, in connection with sending young people to follow the pathfinder program that be held by the Jakarta Conference. The final part is the conclusion of the analysis of field research, suggestions and implications that can be practiced in running the pathfinder program. The results of this study recommend that the implementation of pathfinder program in the seventh day Adventist church Ciracas conference DKI Jakarta, can be an example for the congregations in the Conference DKI Jakarta and surrounding areas.
