ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF REVENUE TOWARDS SALARIES OF PT. PANAH ABIMANYU By: Kelvin Kerner Oktaviano The purpose of this study was to determine how the company earned revenues, how salary expenses incurred, and to determine how much influence the company's revenue to salaries at PT. Panah Abimanyu. The research method used by the author was descriptive method, where the data was collected, processed, analyzed and finally be concluded. Data collected through the documentation of financial statements, interviews, and literature. Then the data obtained were processed and analyzed were using linear regression analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient analysis, tests of significance, and coefficient of determination. Based on the research that had been done, it was known that income at PT. Panah Abimanyu 2009-2013 year was Rp. 92,618,341,730 and salaries Rp. 3,840,180,819. Based on the research that had been conducted by Pearson correlation, it was known that the correlation coefficient r = 0.040, it means that there was very low impact and positive relationship between the variables X (revenue) with a variable Y (salaries).
