PERANAN AUDIT SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DALAM KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT LEN INDUSTRI (PERSERO)
XMLABSTRACT THE ROLE OF HUMAN RESOURCE AUDIT IN THE JOB SATISFACTION OF EMPLOYEES AT PT LEN INDUSTRY (PERSERO) By: Tina Anggelina Simbolon Human resource (HR) audit evaluates whether the function of HR had been going well and make sure the obedient of the HR department to the applicable regulations and policies, including assessing job satisfaction of employees and gave the recommendations for improvement according to the problems in HR department. The research done by the author at PT Len Industri (Persero) intended to determine how the human resource audit, how the job satisfaction of employees and the role of human resource audit in the job satisfaction of employees. To conduct the data and information for this research, the author used descriptive method based on the data and the facts of the company and had been analyzed by the author systematically and objectively. The authors used questionnaires in gathering the data. Based on the results of the questionnaires, it was found that an audit of human resources with the total mean 3.99 and indicates that an audit of human resources at PT Len Industri (Persero) was useful for the employees and/or to the human resources department and the purpose of the human resources audit achieved well. While job satisfaction of employees with the total mean 4.05 indicated that the employees felt job satisfaction at PT Len Industri (Persero). Based on the statistical calculations, analysis of the correlation coefficient (r) equal to 0.398, it shown that the relations of human resource audit in the job satisfaction of employees was low. By using statistical test (t) it found that tcount > t table that was 3.860 > 1.690, so the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected, it means that there were a significant relations and positive between human resource audit and the job satisfaction of employees. Based on the calculation of the coefficient determination, human resource audit had a role in the job satisfaction of employees with the result was 29.90%.
