ABSTRACT The Influence of the number of Individual Clients and the Agency against the gross profit atPT. Asoka Mas Insurance. By Sihombing Abednego As for the purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of the number of individual clients and the Agency against the gross profit on the PT. Asoka Mas Insurance. In this research the author uses descriptive method, i.e. by means of collecting data so that the company can generate information needed to analyze the problem. The author makes a classic assumption test, correlation coefficient analysis, hypothesis testing, analysis of the coefficient of determination, multiple regression analysis by using the t-test withα = 0.05. Based on the results of the research that has been done, then it can be noted that the number of individual clients the lowest occurring in march of 2011 by as much as 35 individuals, and the number of clients the lowest body recorded in October of 2011 as many as 100 bodies and the lowest gross profit occurred in february and may of 2011 which was Rp. 112.499.906,31, while the number of individual clients the highest occurred in July of 2013 as much as 72 individualsnumber of clients, the Agency took place in August 2013 as much as 405 body, and the highest gross profit occurred in July of 2013 amounting to Rp. 818.510462,1 Based on the results of the statistics by using the formula koefisen simultaneouscorrelation, relationships of client individuals and bodies to the gross profit obtained r = 0,837, indicated relationship high strength. The test results are significant and simultaneous with f count, then obtained an f count > f table (38,626>3.28), from these results it was concluded Ho rejected and Ha was accepted, which means there is a significant relationship between individual clients and agencies against the gross profit of the company. Multiple regression analysis of the results obtained by the equation Y = 39.430.996,610 + 0,293X1 + 0,which can be interpreted as if the individual client and the client's body is zero, then the gross profit worth Rp 39.430996,610.. And if individual clients increased by one unit and the other variables constant, then the gross profit would have increased by 0,293 units, whereas if the client agency increased by one unit and the other variables constant, then the gross profit would have increased by 0,258 unit. The magnitude of the influence of individual clients and the Agency simultaneously against the company gross profit amounted to 70.0569% and the rest is influenced by factors other than this research.
