ABSTRACT Thesis Title : ANALYSIS OF INDIVIDUAL EVANGELISM IN SUPPORTING THE GROWTH OF THE CHURCH BASED ON MARK 13:10 AT THE SEVENTH DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH CLUSTER VII TASIKMALAYA CONFERENCE WEST JAVA Name of Researcher : Naaman Rasimin Degree : Master of Philosophy Material advisor : Dr. Bartolomeus D. Nainggolan, MPS. Completion date : 4 2017 May Evangelize is important thing in the growth of the church, the spirituality of the congregation and the salvation of souls. Evangelism has its own challenges for people who like to evangelize. Evangelizing is a fun thing or instead for people who do not like to evangelize, they are better withdrawn and passive in evangelism. The views of members of the Seventh-day Adventist Church of Cluster seven Tasikmalaya about individual evangelism in support of church growth based on Mark 13:10 are the focus of this study. The background of the evangelical problem and the slow growth of the congregation in the Cluster 7 Tasikmalaya so led to the stagnation triggering of the writer to review it based on Mark 13:10 as well as the opinions of Ellen G. White and Christian writers. Mark 13:10 is reviewed based on the purpose, Content and style of Mark speech that he received from the Savior that the gospel should be preached to all nations approaching of Jesus' second coming. Ellen G. White also gives a serious message in evangelism in her books. She wrote clearly that God's people must be the springs of evangelical life for unsaved people. It is the duty of every God's people to communicate the gospel. Christian writers give varying opinions where evangelism is closely related to the growth of the church, the spirituality of the congregation and the salvation of souls. It is impossible for a church to grow without evangelism that doing by every believer. In the end after the analysis and discussion of data, then there are conclusions. 1. From the descriptive results of the correspondent found that individual evangelism in support of the growth of church at Cluster 7 tasikmalaya according to the book Mark 13:10 premises percentage of 68.1% of this need to be improved. 2. Descriptive statistical test results show the level of congregational understanding in individual evangelism based on Mark 13:10 To the growth of the church at the church congregation Seventh Day adventist church Seventh Cluster 7 which includes ciamis congregation, tasikmalaya, langensari, and kalasanaan konfrense West Java is already great. 3. Descriptive statistical test results show the level of quality of congregational involvement in individual evangelism. Of church growth needs to be improved, and this requires hard work to train, sending each congregation to evangelize. 4. There are still congregations who choose to abstain from the world of others and do not want to involve themselves in evangelism, This is the one of the factors that inhibits the congregation in individual evangelism. 5. There are still congregations that have not yet applied the first method of evangelism of jesus that Jesus is mingle in a sympathetic way. So the level of congregational results in individual evangelism is low.
