ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF WORKING CAPITAL TURNOVER AGAINTS FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE AT PT. BPR MAGUN PUNDIYASA By: Erva Yullya Santoso Working capital was needed by every company to finance daily operations , which has been spent working capital was expected to be able to come back into the company in the short term . With the good working capital turnover , the company can increase profits and achieve financial performance in accordance with the target company. The research was done purpose to know the turnover of the working capital, financial performance and the effect of working capital turnover on the financial performance at PT. BPR Mangun Pundiyasa. The method used in this research was descriptive method, where data have been collected on fact, presented, analyzed and to took the conclusions. Data collected from the study documentation. The data taken from the balance sheet and income statement of PT. BPR Mangun Pundiyasa. The study analyzed the correlation coefficient, hypothesis and significance, regression analysis, and coefficient of determination. The survey results revealed that the working capital turnover PT. BPR Mangun Pundiyasa always increased that fluctuates during the five years from 2010-2014. The lowes turnover of working capital was in 2010 that was equal to 0.963 times, while the highest turnover of working capital was in 2014 that was equal to 2.720 times. The financial performance also fluctuated over 5 years. The ratio of the lowest financial performance in 2014 amounted to 4.46% and the highest in 2011 in the amount of 9.94%. Based on the results obtained by statistical calculation of the correlation coefficient r = 0.884 which shown the relationship working capital turnover on the financial performance was very strong and positive. The hypothesis test was indicated by tcount -3.273 > ttable -3.182 which means that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. Obtained regression equation Y = 0.114 - 0,024X and determination coefficient of 78.119%, which means, working capital turnover contributed to the financial performance of 78.119% and the balance of 21.881% was caused by factors other than research.
