ABSTRACT “ ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA Nn. A DENGAN GANGGUAN BIPOLAR : HALUSINASI PENDENGARAN DI RUANG GELATIK RUMAH SAKIT JIWA PROVINSI JAWA BARAT” Ela Angela Rumapea NIM : 1452014 Current health concerns are not only about physical health and morbidity, but also cover a wider scope, including mental and mental health. Various psychosocial factors can be a stressor of life for members of the community, which can lead to mental disorders, one such mental disorder is bipolar disorder: auditory hallucinations. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) 2012, the incidence of bipolar disorder is almost 2-4% of the population. Patients with bipolar disorder have a poorer prognosis than patients with depression. The purpose of this paper is to obtain nursing care of bipolar disorder: auditory hallucinations include assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation of nursing. The method used is interview, observation, literature study, electronic media and documentation study. The results obtained after nursing care for six days, obtained on the third day of the patient can control hallucinations by rebuking, conversing with others, and performing scheduled activities. But on the fourth day, the fifth and sixth patients did not want to practice how to control the hallucinations that had been taught, and the patient seemed comfortable with her hallucinations. Conclusion that the cooperation between the health team and client or client's family is necessary for the success of nursing care. Client advice is expected to follow a program of therapy that has been planned by doctors and nurses to speed up the healing process of patients.
