ABSTRACT NURSING CARE ON Mr. "E" WITH SCHIZOPHRENIA, SENSORY PERCEPTION DISTURBANCES: AUDITORY HALLUCINATION IN THE PERKUTUT’S WARD RUMAH SAKIT JIWA PROVINSI JAWA BARAT HENDRITA NIM: 1552035 Mental health is one of the criteria to meet the optimal health to reach a quality of human being. But the prevalence of mental disorders is increasing every year, according to World Health Organization (WHO) data in 2016, in the world there are about 35 million people affected by depression, 60 million people affected by bipolar, 21 million exposed to schizophrenia, and 47.5 million exposed to dementia. Various biological, psychological and social factors that trigger the occurrence of mental disorders, one of these mental disorders is schizophrenia with sensory perception disturbances: auditory hallucinations. The purpose of composing this scientific paper for obtaining nursing care at Mr. E "with sensory perception disturbances: auditory hallucinations, which include assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation of nursing. The method used is interview, observation, literature study, documentation study and electronic media. The results obtained after six days of nursing care are Mr. "E" can control his hallucinations by rebuking, chatting with others, conducting scheduled activities and following regular treatment therapies. The conclusion that the cooperation between the health team with the client or the client's family is necessary for the success of nursing care. It is suggested that the client expected to follow a treatment therapy program that has been planned to speed up the client's healing process.
