ABSTRACT DESCRIPTION OF MICROSCOPIC BASIC RESULTS ON TBC PATIENTS WITH TREATMENT OF DOTS STRATEGY AND WITHOUT DOTS STRATEGY IN HOSPITAL ADVENTIST BANDUNG Roger M Haumahu NIM: 1651071 Tuberculosis is still one of the public health problems and the hospital as a health service facility has an important role in the control and treatment of tuberculosis through DOTS strategy and without DOTS strategy. This study aims to see the picture of microscopic smear in TB patients with DOTS strategy and without DOTS treatment at Advent Bandung hospital. This study used a retrospective descriptive method. The population data is based on reports of TB 04 laboratory of Advent Bandung hospital. Samples taken were 100 smear specimens and then selected a positive smear number of 51 people and separated between DOTS strategies and without DOTS after two months reviewed 13 microscopic results for DOTS and 9 strategies without DOTS strategy. With 69.23% on mokroscopic result of DOTS strategy and 88,88% without DOTS Conclusion of microscopic picture of smear treatment of tuberculosis patients without DOTS strategy is higher with 88.88%.strategy.
