ABSTRACT OBSERVATION OF BLOOD PRESSURE ON THE GRANT OF SEVOFLURANE INHALATION ANESTHESIA AND ISOFLURANE Sipayung Fernando NIM: 1651035 Blood pressure is the pressure generated by the heart pumps blood throughout the body to drive. One of the vital parameters that need to be monitored during anesthesia is the blood pressure. The inhalation anesthesia is often used in surgery are sevoflurane and isoflurane. This research aims to know the blood pressure at 60 minutes on the giving of sevofluran inhalation anesthesia and isoflurane. The method of this research is descriptive analytic models using post-test only design. The sample in this research is purposive sampling with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia samples 40 and isoflurane with each of the 20 samples subject. Based on the analysis of the statistical tests, obtained average value of blood pressure by administering anesthesia inhalation Sevoflurane is 108.10/70.25 mmHg, While blood pressure by administering anesthesia inhalation Isoflurane was 96.10/63.30 mmHg, and there is a difference between meaningful pressure sistole diastole and blood with the use of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia and isoflurane anesthesia time lasts up to 60 minutes of anesthesia. The advice given on the treatment is drug inhalation anesthesia in the election should consider the patient's condition so as to minimize the side effects.
