ABSTRAC LEVEL OF KNOWLADGE AND THERAPEUTIC COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN BANDAR LAMPUNG ADVENTISH HOSPITAL William Napitupulu NIM: 1651100 Therapeutic commucation is an activity that should be practiced every interaction between nurse and clients. To perform a good therapeutic communication every nurse have appopriate knowledge. This research used descriptive design methode. The main purpose of this study is to identify the level of nurse knowlage and ability therapeutic communication in Bandar Lampung Adventish Hospital. Data were collected by questionnaire. This study involved 100 respondents. The result showed that the level of the nurse’s level of therapeutic communicattion lies in the category knowledge of more than enough (70 %). The nurse’s ability of therapueutic communication as a whole is 57% under the category of underutiliation. Test result spearman rho knowledge level obtained p value 0,020 (pv< 0,05) and ability value 0,020 (pv <0,05). Keywords : Knowladge, Abbility, Communication Therapeutic
