ABSTRACT NURSING CARE ON MAD. P: FAILURE NAFAS WITH SUCTION ACTION ON PNEUMONIA DISEASE Hotnida Elisabet Hutajulu NIM: 1753056 Community pneumonia is a health problem that causes high mortality in the world and is one of the 5 leading causes of death in children under 5 years in developing countries, with deaths of about 3 million deaths / year (Amorim, 2012). The purpose of this observation is to provide an overview of the assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care in patients with Pneumonia. The main diacnose is the emergence of ineffective nasal airway clearance problems associated with trekheobronikal inflammation, increased sputum production. Evalution of ineffective airway clearance associated with trekheobronikal inflammation, increased sputum production is resolved when administered suction management, breath sounds are not ronchi or crecles, and after the suction saturation is also good. However, after the suction suction management was back down and the sounds of ronchi and creacles are still heard repeatedly.
