ABSTRACT NURSING CARE PLAN TO Mr. A. WITH PROVIDING HEAD UP 30O TO PATIENT WITH SNH (STROKE NON HEMORAGIC) AT HIGH CARE UNITE (HCU) BANDUNG ADVENTIST HOSPITAL Marthurio Christyan Lalihatu NIM : 1653032 stroke is a brain tissue damage caused by a sudden reduction in the blood supply and oxygen. The brain tissue will die and no longer functionable if this happen.. The World Health Organization predicts that deaths from stroke will increase with deaths from heart disease and cancer by about 6 million in 2010 to 8 million in 2030. Bloody blood flow in stroke patients results in hemodynamic disturbances including oxygen saturation. Provision of head-up position 30o for patients with stroke has a great benefits that can improve hemodynamic conditions by facilitating increased blood flow to the cerebral and maximize oxygenation for cerebral tissue. The method used in this paper is descriptive method by conducting a case study of nursing care in patients with SNH (NonHaemoragic Stroke). The goal of this study is to know the nursing care in patients with SNH which includes assessment, intervention, implementation and evaluation of nursing. The result of the intervention by giving head-up of 30o is client no longer anxious, composmentis consciousness with GCS score is 10 aphasia, R: 18x / m, P: 90x / m, BP: 148/94 mmHg, T: 36,4oC; SpO2 98%. Conclusions, SNH is a condition where it can be fatal for every individual. Complications can worsen the patient's condition so it is not uncommon for many patients can’t be saved because of this disease. Lack of blood supply and O2 can be fatal if not immediately performed appropriate treatment for stroke patient. Key Words : Stroke, SNH, Stroke Non-Hemoragic, Head up 30o .
