ABSTRACT NURSING CARE PLANS PREGNANT WOMAN G1P0A0: SECTIO CAESAREA DELIVERY WITH ANXIOUS AT KALA 1 IN BANDUNG ADVENTIST HOSPITAL CHRISTINE FORSAYANI SIANTURI NIM: 1753074 In general, a married woman wants to get offspring. Women are God's creatures blessed with grace to conceive a child who will be his descendant. Labor is a natural process that every pregnant woman will experience. Anxiety is a subjective experience of the individual and can not be observed directly, and is an emotional state without a specific object. Sectio caesarea is performed when normal labor is not possible or due to medical or non-medical indications that can threaten the life of the mother and fetus affecting four factors: passage, power, passanger, psyche ( Psychological). In this case, anxiety affects normal childbirth and results in fetal distress, so caesarea section is performed. The general purpose of this final paper is to provide a clear picture of nursing care planning in pregnant women G1P0A0: Cesarean section delivery with anxiety management in the maternity room of Advent Bandung Hospital. The methods used in the writing of this final paper are interviews, observation, physical examination, data collection, and documentation study. The results of this final paper are on the assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and health education, no significant differences were found with the theory described. The advice that can be given to nurses and midwives is to determine early diagnosis and detection to be appropriate so that the next steps can be carried out appropriately so that maternal and fetal deaths in pregnancy, childbirth and childbirth can be prevented.
