ABSTRAK ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN KOMUNITAS DENGAN MASALAH INFEKSI SALURAN PERNAFASAN ATAS DI KELURAHAN SURABAYA KEC. KEDATON BANDAR LAMPUNG JUNITA BANGUN NIM: 1853080 ISPA is a problem of infection that occurs in the upper respiratory tract that is still often encountered by the community. Providing health education by teaching families to live healthy lives by exercising regularly, having enough home ventilation for air exchange, applying a clean environment and avoiding exposure to dust and cigarette smoke in the home is a prevention that can be taught in community nursing. The general purpose of writing this scientific paper is to obtain real experience and understanding in the implementation of community nursing care for clients in particular and society in general with ISPA and to be able to implement Nursing Care directly and comprehensively covering the bio-psycho-socio-spiritual aspects with the nursing process approach. The method used in this study is a community nursing approach method involving 80 families with 256 residents in Surabaya, RT 29,31,32 Kedaton, Bandar Lampung. Data retrieval research is done by collecting residents to one place and providing health education and leaflets. Based on the results of the study it was found that 48% of residents experienced ISPA and few people cared and paid attention to their health. The conclusion obtained after doing this nursing care is that the community needs to be given an understanding of ISPA. Suggestion: people pay more attention to the health of the surrounding environment and can apply clean and healthy lifestyle to create a healthy environment and avoid the risk of disease by increasing air ventilation, exercising regularly and not smoking in the home environment.
