ABSTRACT Thesis Title : ANALYSIS OF ISLAMOLOGY FOR EVANGELISM SEVENTH DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH MEMBER IN KARAWANG BASED ON ACTS 3 : 22. Name : John Firmanto Setiawan Degree : M. Fil. Supervisor : Pdt. Nainggolan Institution : Universitas Advent Indonesia End Date : 8 February 2018 Chapter 1 explain the importance of knowledge of Islamology for the church to know the teachings of the true religion and in accordance with the word of God. Spiritual leaders in church, good Clergy, chairman and a member of the council must be aware of the reality of life is that we live in this country that dominate Muslims and the influence of the culture of Muslim life that high enough and this is very affect personal faith and spiritually. But very regretful for forty years, no one of the Muslim background who repent and receive Jesus and to become a member of the Adventist church in Karawang. But a few members and children of members of the church who leave the church because of marriage and the association with the Muslims. The Church and the people of God must be the pioneer and the tip of the spear in reach areas that are not reachable by the message of the truth of the Bible. One only give Islamology means to the member of Adventist church. Chapter II explained about The Acts of the Apostles 3 : 22 which reads " Moses said : The Lord God will raise up for you a prophet from among your brethren, like me: Listen to him in everything he tells you." This verse tell about the Prophet Isa is the Lord Jesus who are sent by God and have a clear lineage and identified in accordance with the Bible. Different with Islamology which believe Muhammad as the messenger of God even though it does not have a clear lineage in the Qur s. The purpose of the writing and research isto be able to contribute to the shepherds in the ministry in the church will be the importance of the teachings of Islamology against spirituality and ministry. Provides knowledge and understanding to each of the people of God.About the importance of the teachings of Islamology to the people and also the ministry.To meet the academic conditions through scientific paper to achieve a masters degree philosophy.Especially to know how big the level of knowledge and the willingness of members in the Karawang church in knowing the teachings of Islamology and also the willingness to learn Islamology. Besides that whether there is a spirit of spirituality and ministry to evangelism Muslims in Karawang. The main objective of the second is the positive influence that very means for the Karawang church with Islamology teachings. So that knowledge, perspective and spirituality in improve and the church so flourished in progress that means both the unity and the unity and faithfulness also the growth of spiritual activity and growth in the people. And the new churches also financially growth, both tithing and also offering. The benefits of this research is expected to provide the most benefit to all the people of the Lord and also Christians in Karawang is under the auspices of Konfrens DKI Jakarta and its surrounding areas. The population and the sample used is the church GMAHK Karawang region which is the Church Penatayuda and Tanjung Pura with total respondents as much as 110 people or 30% from the whole total. Chapter IV is the result of the research that has been in complete researchers, in serve in some parts of the ; description of each variable data research, test results, analysis requirements and the results of the test of the hypothesis and also analytical. The results obtained from this research is presented in the form of the graph in the sort with the greatest total score to the smallest. Chapter V based on the research that has been done it can pull the conclusion from the results of research about the theological Analysis and understanding and the application of the influence of the importance of Islamology for the growth of spirituality members of the Seventh Day Adventist Church Karawang based on The acts of the Apostles 3 : 22. It is known that the highest mean is the statement of the questionnaire the number 11 amounting 4.62. The statement about "Since I was Advent from children I never study about Islamology." That means that the average correspondent agreed that they understanding that they have low understanding about Islamology. Mean low is the statement of the questionnaire the number 16 amounting 4.24. The statement about "I understand in the Karawang there was no one who known and experienced in Islamology" which means that the average correspondent agree that no one who understands about Islamology so that many of the members of the church who do not understand that the Prophet Jesus is the messenger of the Lord. That is important for the church to know about Islamology so we hope is not easy out from GMAHK Karawang. Seminars or lectures about Islamology need in as media adding the understanding and insights for the church. When the understanding and knowledge of the church increased, they can be the bringer of salvation for all people.
