ABSTRACT NURSING ASSURANCE IN NY I WITH POST SECTIO CAESAREA: BREAST CARE IN THE CARE ROOM POST ADVENT PARTY HOSPITAL BANDUNG Enggrid Amelia Simbolon NIM: 1753046 Sectio caesare is a surgery to give birth to the fetus through an incision on the abdominal wall and the uterus of artificial birth, so that the fetus is born through the abdomen and the abdominal wall and the uterine wall so that the child is born with a whole and healthy state. Breast care is very important during pregnancy to breastfeeding. Breast care aims to clean the breasts and make it easier for the baby to suck milk. Many mothers complain about babies who do not want to breastfeed, it is usually caused by technical factors such as incoming nipples or the wrong position. Breast care post sectio is a breast care on post sectio mother in the form of massage that is needed to maintain cleanliness and maintain the smooth flow of milk. The general purpose of nursing care is to know more and get real experience about breast care in post-sectio caesare mothers as well as to improve the quality of nursing care services on post sectio mothers based on priorities made in nursing plans. The method used in this paper is the method descriptive . Priority diagnosis in scientific papers is the ineffectiveness of breastfeeding associated with poor mother's knowledge, cessation of the breastfeeding process. Intervention conducted by the author in accordance with the journal is doing Breast Care for 3 days treatment at Adventist Hospital Bandung. After the nursing action, the results of the evaluation found that of the five nursing diagnoses some were not resolved because the outcome criteria had not been achieved according to the patient's condition during the evaluation and needed to be improved again intervention and the maintenance period should be longer.
