ABSTRACT NURSING CARE POST CAESAREAN SECTION OF PREECLAMPSIA FOR MRS. M. N. IN OBGYN ROOM IN RSA BANDUNG Herlina Sabatini Siahaan NIM : 1753027 Background : Caesarean Section is a surgery to prevent a mother and the baby being kill during the delivery due to abnormalities. One of the indication that is done in Caesarean Section called preeclampsia. Purpose: these are some determination when the nurse did their responsibilities to the patient such as assessment, intervention, implementation, nursing evaluation, and documentasion. Result : after the nurse taking care of the patient 3x7 hours, the pain of the patient is decreasing, there is no symptom of infection and the patient can do her activities independently, and the mother is able to breast feeding her child effectively. Conclusion: There is a discrepancy between theory and practical. Even though the discrepancy that Mrs. M. N. have the absence of secreation in the respiratory tract, she is able to breath normally without the help of inhaler or any extra aids. Keyword: Caesarean Section, Preeclampsi
