ABSTRACT NURSING DIRECTION OF DESPAIR IN MRS.I WITH STROKE IN VILLAGE OF CIHANJUANG RAHAYU 01 / RW 05 BANDUNG BARAT Arranged by: Srivivi Sofia Ester Simanungkalit NIM: 1753055 The existence of the relationship between chronic illness with emotional mental disorder. The research analysis showed the risk of emotional mental disorder getting higher along with the increasing number of chronic diseases suffered by the respondents. The nature of mistrust, anger, and aggressiveness are risk factors for physical illnesses such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes and other chronic diseases. Writing scientific papers aims to gain experience and a real picture in nursing care in Ny. I who experience despair with a stroke. The method used by the writer is descriptive in the form of case study, and data collection technique by interview, observation, documentation and case study. The nursing problems found in Ny.I with Stroke, with the existence of health problems Ny. Clients can not perform daily activities as before because of conditions that cause clients to lie in bed only. With this counseling community nurses are expected to be able to assist each client in nursing care nursing in patients with despair.
