ABSTRACT PARADIGM OF CLEANLINESS IN MIE BAKSO VENDORS ALONG KOLONEL MASTURI DISTRICT OF BANDUNG BARAT By: Bahagia Mutiara Noviana Pasaribu NIM: 1451060 Based on observation made by researchers in October 2017 there are 15 traders of meatball noodles that wash their food untensils using a bucket of water, thus causing cleanliness to be neglected. The purpose of this research is to obtain the paradigm of cleanliness in mie bakso vendors along Kolonel Maturi District Of Bandung Barat. The method used in this research is qualitative method with purposive sampling technique. Informants in this study amounted to 6 people, 6 vendors mie bakso along Kolonel Masturi District Of Bandung Barat. From the research results obtained 5 categories that conclude the paradigm of cleanliness in mie bakso vendors along Kolonel Masturi District of Bandung Barat, the category is perceived seriousness, behavioral belief, control belief, attitude toward the behavior, and outcomes evaluation. Advice to traders of mie bakso along Kolonel Masturi District of Bandung Barat as inputs to pay more attention to cleanliness of equipment. Suggestions for the field of nursing is as an in out to provide health promotion on the cleanliness of food equipment to the traders of mie bakso along Kolonel Masturi District of Bandung Barat. Suggestions for the field of research that is to be developed in subsequent research is the level of knowledge of mie bakso traders about the cleanliness of cutlery after health promotion.
