ABSTRACT IN HOUSE TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE-LEVEL OF CLINICAL NURSING I–IV ABOUT PAIN MANAGEMENT IN BANDAR LAMPUNG ADVENTIST HOSPITAL DEASY LOLYTA ANGELINE NIM : 1651110 Pain is an experience that can be felt sensorially and emotionally that can interfere human life activities. Nurse have an important role in pain management because nurse will assess and document the pain. Then decide the pain management should be given and monitor the development of pain management that has been given. This research aimed to determine knowledge-level of clinical nursing I-IV aboout pain management. This was the Explanatory survey with pre experimental one group pretest-posttest design using accidental sampling. Eighty nine clinical nursing I-IV participated in the study from Adventist Hospital of Bandar Lampung. The data were analyzed using Paired T-test through software SPSS 24. From the results pretest In House Training was equal to 60.1 percents with enough knowledge. After posttest In House Training, the results was equal to 73.47 percent with good enough knowledge. Further analyzed results was Sig.(2- tailed) equal to 0,000 < 0,05, that was a significant differences to nurse knowledge before and after In House Training about pain management of clinical nursing IIV in Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital. Establishing knowledge about pain management is recomemmended. Keyword: In House Training, Knowledge, Pain management
