ABSTRAK NURSING COMMUNITY CARE WITH HYPERTENSION AT KELURAHAN PENENGAHAN RAYA KECAMATAN KEDATON BANDAR LAMPUNG Evi Lydia Sihite NIM: 1853089 Hypertension is a type of the disease is not infectious to be one of the causes of mortality in the country. Provide health education, providing support to communities to limit mengkomsumsi food that can increase hypertension, as well as the manganjurkan to control the blood pressure on a regular basis. General purpose writing final papers is gaining experience and understanding are evident in the implementation of the nursing care of clients, community in particular and the community on common facilities with hypertension and is capable of carrying out nursing care directly and through comprehensive aspects of biological, psychological, social, and spiritual nursing process approach. the methods used in this research is a method of approach in the nursing community by involving 80 KK with 352 residents in wards Intercession Kingdom RT 01, 02, 03 kedaton Bandar Lampung. Dilakuakan research data retrieval by means of interviews to the citizens of the Union citizens then put together a place for granting extension of health brochures. Based on the results of the study found results 21.88% experiencing hypertension and little caring citizens pay attention to his health. Conclusions after the craft made this is the community nursing care need to be given an understanding of hypertension. Advice community pay more attention to environmental health, implement healthy living patterns, limiting komsumsi that can increase hypertension and mengotrol blood pressure regularly.
