ABSTRACT NURSING CARE AT MR. N: ILEUS OBSTRUCTION POST LAPAROTOMY WITH DBE INTERVENTION (DEEP BREATHING EXERCISE) FOR REDUCE PAIN AT ADVENT BANDUNG HOSPITAL Jusmiar Romauli Lumbantoruan NIM: 1853039 Ileus obstruction is a mechanical blockage in the intestine where the blockage completely closes or interferes with the passage of intestinal contents. This can occur due to abnormalities in the intestinal lumen, intestinal wall or foreign objects outside the intestine that suppress, and vascularization abnormalities in an intestinal segment that can cause necrosis of the intestinal segment. Writing Scientific Writing aims to implement Nursing Care to clients with medical diagnosis of post laparotomy ileus obstruction at Advent Bandung Hospital. This scientific paper is to explore the problem of Nursing Care in clients of obstruction of postile laparotomy ileus with a period of administration of nursing care Four days. The subjects used were one client with a medical diagnosis of post laparotomy ileus obstruction. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation, and physical examination, documentation study. The results of this scientific paper show that the client does not grimace in pain. The conclusion of this scientific paper is that in nursing care providers train clients to do DEEP BREATHING EXERCISE techniques to reduce pain. Keywords: Ileus Obstruction, Deep Breathing Exercise
