ABSTRACT ANALISYS OF SECONDARY DATA ON TUBERCULOSIS PATIENT ADHERENCE TO TREATMENT AND TRANSMISSION SESSIONS AT HOME CONTACT FAMILIY AT ADVENT BANDAR LAMPUNG HOSPITAL FRISKA PAKPAHAN NIM 1651111 Tuberculosis is a contagious disease that still become a problem in the health world nowadays. Treatment of tuberculosis is one of the main strategies in controlling transmission, especially home contac. The purpose of this research is to finding out the secondary data analysis about pulmonary tuberculosis patient’s obedience to the treatment sessions and transmission of household family contact in 2016-2017 at Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital. This study is using a correlative descriptive with Secondary Data Analysis approach (ADS) that is using secondary data or data that already exist as main data. Population in this research is patient data report of TB DOTS in 2016-2017 at Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital which is 60 person. Pearson's r was used as the statistical analysis. from the result of the study was found the picture of patient compliance toward treatment sessions based on data TB DOTS 100%. Investigations based on the results of sputum BTA 23,3%. From identification of household contacts families found housekeeping contacts were positive sputum examinatition 8,3% and family home contacts undergoing tuberkulosis treatment 6,7%. Tuberkulosis These results indicate a relation between tuberculosis patient’s obedience to treatment and containment to direct contact on family member in the house with p-value 0.001<0,05 which means HO refused and Ha accepted correlation score (r)= 0,378. It is adviced that nurses should be more obedience on filling the TB 06 sheet, and always tagged the TB 09 sheet to the outpatient and will proceed the treatment at puskesmas so that it will ease patient on the treatment process.
