ABSTRACT THE RELATIONSHIP SLEEP PATTERN WITH LEARNING CONCENTRATION IN STUDENTS FACULTY OF NURSING SCIENCE IV AT THE UNIVERSITY OF ADVENT INDONESIA BANDUN ELLA NOVITASARI SIMBOLON NIM : 1251051 Irregular sleep patterns and inadequate learning concentrations are often experienced by some students of the Faculty of Nursing IV at the University of Advent Indonesia Bandung. The author's experience while attending Advent University of Bandung Bandung often experience irregular sleep patterns and decreased concentration of learning. The purpose of this study is to get a picture of the relationship of sleep patterns with the concentration of learning. This research uses descriptive correlation method. The sample of this research is 51 students of Faculty of Nursing IV at Advent Indonesia University of Bandung. This study used Suwarna sleep pattern questionnaire (validity score: 0,576, reliability value: 0,933) and questionnaire about Setiani learning concentration (validity score: 0,334; reability value: 0,98). The results showed that the sleep patterns of the students of Faculty of Nursing IV at Advent Indonesia University Bandung were included in the category of ordinary sleep patterns, the concentration of students studying at the Faculty of Nursing IV at Advent Indonesia University Bandung was included in the category of concentration being studied, and there was no relationship between sleep patterns and the concentration of students studying the Faculty of Nursing at level IV at Advent Indonesia University Bandung (r = -0.042). Students are encouraged to maintain a regular sleep pattern and avoid the factors that can make the concentration of learning decrease. Keywords : Sleep Pattern, Learning Concentration
