GAMBARAN MIKROORGANISME AIR CUCIAN PERALATAN MAKAN PADA PEDAGANG MAKANAN DI SEPANJANG JALAN KOLONEL MASTURI KABUPATEN BANDUNG BARAT
XMLABSTRACT DESCRIPTION OF MICROORGANISM WATER EQUIPMENT ON FOOD TRADERS ALONG ROAD KOLONEL MASTURI DISTRICT BANDUNG BARAT Arranged By: Alfa Diar Oktaviani NIM 1451007 In modern times most humans choose to find an easier path. Ideally the food consumed is clean food. But did not rule out the food served contains bacteria that can cause disease. Bacteria can grow in various media, one of them washing water. Contaminated laundry water can contain Escherichia coli bacteria. This study aims to determine the description and types of microorganisms found in the water of food utensil laundry equipment along Jalan Kolonel Masturi West Bandung regency. This research uses descriptive method with sampling using total sampling technique. Samples of washing water taken from 11 meatballs traders who use the media bucket for washing cutlery. The results of this study that 1 of 11 traders have a positive laundry water containing bacteria Escherichia coli with a value of ≥1100 x 103. Escherichia coli is a bacterium with a gramnegative bar, does not form spores with an optimum temperature of 37oC and can be activated at the temperature pasteurisasi food (50 -100oC). Research advice for the nursing field is expected to contribute to the promotion of nursing for food traders so that food traders can use good water to use washing cutlery.
