HIV / AIDS is a disease that can be transmitted through sexual and oral, anal intercourse through breastfeeding needles and tattoos. The purpose of this Scientific Writing is to be able to provide nursing care to HIV / AIDS patients in the fulfillment of nutrition methods used are descriptive by means of data collection carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, literature and electronic media studies. After carrying out nursing care for patients with HIV / AIDS three diagnoses appeared to interfere with nutrition fulfillment, airway ineffectiveness, impaired elimination. At this stage there is a diagnosis that has not been resolved including the ineffectiveness of the airway, the advice that the author gives is that nurses must be able to determine nursing diagnoses, nurses must be able to take nursing actions and provide maximum nursing care and conduct evaluations.
