PERANAN AUDIT OPERASIONAL DALAM FEKTIVITAS PENJUALAN PADA PT. MADURASA UNGGULAN NUSANTARA
XMLABSTRACT OPERATIONAL AUDIT ROLE IN SALES EFFECTIVENESS IN. MADURASA UNGGULAN NUSANTARA Oleh: Fadel Simbolon The purpose of this study was conducted to determine how much operational audit role in sales effectiveness at PT. Madurasa Unggulan Nusantara which is located on Jalan R. M. Said Klampisan, Kaliancar, Selogiri, Wonogiri 57652. The method used is descriptive. The type of data used in the data used in this study is primary data, namely questionnaires distributed by 40 pieces. Data is processed using SPSS V. 22 for windows. Based on the results of the study indicate that the operational audit at PT. Madurasa Unggulan Nusantara runs well with an average of 3.59, but if it is presented still in 71.8% it is still less than 100% as expected by the company, while sales effectiveness also goes well with an average of 3.57% still less effective at achieving company goals. The results of this study also show that r = 0.403 means that the relationship of operational audit in sales effectiveness is in the moderate category and significant test t count (7.359)> ttable (1.686) and with sig value 0.010 because the sig value is 0.010> 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, there is a significant relationship between the operational audit in sales effectiveness and the test coefficient of determination 16.2% with the remaining 83.8% influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.
