ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF TAX BREVET TRAINING ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN TAXATION IN PT TOYOTA DUTA CENDANA MOBILINDO CIANJUR Written by: Jeremy Heavenly Gospel M NIM: 1532061 This study aims to determine whether Brevet Tax Training has an influence on Employee Performance in the Taxation Sector. The method used in this study is descriptive method, the analysis used in this study includes an average analysis, with the results of 2.82 for the Brevet Tax Training and for Employee Performance an average of 2.85. Correlation coefficient analysis of 0.64 means the relationship between Brevet Tax Training with strong Employee Performance. Significance test t count 4.567> ttabel 2.045 means that there is a significant effect between Brevet Tax Training and Employee Performance. Determination coefficient analysis contributes 41% and the remaining 59% is influenced by other factors. Simple regression analysis known Y = 1.046 + 0.604X means that if Brevet Tax Training does not have Employee Performance already at 1.046 and if Brevet Tax Training is conducted 1x Employee Performance will increase by 0.604 thus Brevet Tax Training has a positive effect on Employee Performance.
