ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF LEVERAGE RATIO OF THE COMPANY’S VALUE IN INVESTMENT SUBSECTORS COMPANIES LISTED IN INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE 2009-2017 Written by: KEASYA YUNITA NIM: 1532064 This study aims to find to determine the effect of leverage ratio on company’s value in investment subsectors companies listed in indonesia stock exchange 20092017. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The research variables are Leverage Ratio and Company’s Value. The data used were secondary data from financial statements. The analysis were descriptive analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, significance test, linear regression analysis. The population used in this study is the company's financial statements, and the samples of the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Investment Subsectors Company. Based on the results of the statistical analysis conducted by the writer, the correlation coefficient Leverage Ratio on Company’s Value there is a low relationship between the leverage ratio of firm Value seen from the value (r) = 0.715, Significant value 0.000 < 0.05, Ho rejected and Ha accepted that there is a significant effect between leverage ratios to firm value. Based on statistical analysis, it is known that the coefficient of determination shows R square = 0.511, which means that the number shows the contribution of leverage to the firm value of 51.1% while 48.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
