ABSTRACT THE ROLE OF OPERATIONAL AUDIT IN REDUCING PRODUCT DEFECTIVE AT PT. TENMA CIKARANG INDONESIA Arranged by : Patrick R. P. Pane NIM: 1432023 This study aimed to to gain an understanding of the role of the operational costs of the the audits up to in reducing defective product at PT. Tenma Cikarang Indonesia. This report was written with used the method descriptive of meaning that more than of visualizing and as a mean to discuss an object that was be researched based on the existing fact so acquired a conclusion. A method of samples to elections to resolve a months was used in the study purposive the sampling method of. In data collection was carried out which was to use of secondary data that have been properly published and the data on a primer to as the supporting data. Of secondary data replaced by another that it was processed using a nice little software you spss 21 in the analysis of a correlation coefficient, analysis of the coefficient of determination, analysis linear regression simple, and test of the significance. Through the interpretation, its mean value the role of the operational costs of the the audits up to and reduce the cost of tainting of products including in the category of quite good. From the results of the analysis a correlation coefficient found the relationship between the two variables were moderate. Analysis of the calculation on the coefficients determination found that the implementation of audit operational gave contribution 34,8 % of business reduce defective products. Based on the calculation on from the analysis linear regression simple found if the company the better in applying audit operational so business reduce defective products were improving. And also of the significance found that ho were rejected and ha received which means audit operational was a part in reducing defective products. Keywords : Operational Audit, Product Defective
