ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF WORKING CAPITAL CREDIT AND INVESTMENT CREDIT ON PROFITABILITY IN STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES IN THE BANKING SECTOR Written by: Shine Thrify NIM: 1532124 This research aimed to analyze the influence of working capital loans and investment loans on profitability in state-owned banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2017. This study uses financial ratio analysis, namely Return On Assets, working capital loans and investment loans. The method for observing the effect of working capital credit and investment credit on profitability is a simple linear regression of stastic analysis. Data analysis using correlation coefficient analysis, significance test, coefficient of determination, linearity test, and linear regression analysis, descriptive statistics, classical assumption test. The results of the study show that the working capital credit variable has a significant effect on profitability, and shows that the investment credit variable has a significant influence on the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
