PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TENAGA KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA PADA RUMAH SAKIT ADVENT BANDUNG
XMLABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF LABOR COMPENSATION ON WORK FORCE PRODUCTIVITY BANDUNG ADVENTIST HOSPITAL Samuel Sahat Barita NIM: 1332188 This research has a purpose to know how to influence work force compensation towards work force productivity. This research use descriptive method and qualitative approach. This research performed at Bandung Adventist Hospital. This research results show that work force compensation average value amounting to 4,07 on the salary section, and average value which is obtained amounting to 3,49 on the incentive section with it getting good category corresponding interval table. This research results also show work force productivity in section attendance rate there is an average value which is obtained amounting to 3,33. At the level of completion work there is average value which is obtained for 3,46. At the level of effectiveness and time efficient there is average value which is obtained for 3,54 with it getting good category corresponding interval table. This reserach results also showing work force compensation to work force productivity there is value of t-count (6,262) greater than t table (2,048) and t count is in the H0 rejection area, so Ha is accepted. With means has significant influence from work force compensation to work force productivity. This research results can provide knowlegde and adventage to the next researcher to add several others variables at Bandung Adventist Hospital.
