ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF CASH TURNOVER AND RECEIVABLES TURNOVER ON PROFITABILITY IN PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE SUBSECTOR COMPANIES LISTED IN 2014 2017 INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE Disusun Oleh: Carling Laia NIM: 1532007 This study aims to determine the effect of cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover on profitability in property and real estate sub- sectors realated to the Indonesia stock exchange in 2014-2017. This study uses associative descriptive analysis using quantitative data that can provide information needed to be able to analyze problems. Analysis of the data used is the data correlation coefficient analysis, significant test at α = 0.05, coefficient of determination analysis, significance test, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test. The results of this study are partially cash turnover has a positive and significant effect on profitability with a significant value ρ-value = 0,000 < α = 0.05, and partially accounts receivable turnover does not have a positive and significant effect on profitability with a significant value ρ-value = 0.104 > α = 0.05. While simultaneous cash turnover and receivable turnover have a positive and significant effect on profitability with a significant value ρ – value = 0,000 <α = 0.05.
