ABSTRACT Thesis Title : APLICATION CONCEPT OF THE GREAT COMMISSION BY MATTHEW 28:19-20, AND INVOLVEMENT MEMBERS SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH IN PIONEER SARIO MANADO IN MISSION Name of Researcher : Artemas Puddens Salindeho Mentor : Dr. Bartholomeus D. Completion Date : __ Mei 2015 University : Adventist University of Indonesian The concept of the Great Commission is not a new thing for the organization Seventh-day Adventist Church. The Great Commission is a very important concept and taught in the Bible. The author of the gospel itself indicates the importance of the Great Commission. Evidently all the Gospel writers include the Great Commission in writing, even Luke also wrote the Acts. The Great Commission is not just the great but the mandate of the greatest in history. Told grand when realizing exactly who's Personal principals. Told regal also considering the magnitude of this mandate. These data demonstrate the importance of the Great Commission for believers. Great Commission itself is not a mandate that is situational, in the sense given by the death of Jesus. In fact, the Great Commission of Jesus is the fulfillment of prophecy recorded in Matthew 26:32 before his death. Prophecy was fulfilled by meeting Jesus and his disciples in Galilee. Every person who has accepted Jesus Christ and become His disciples must understand the concept of the great commission based on Matthew 28: 19-20 that is, go and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father Son and Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have my commanded you, and know I'll be with you until the end of time borne. So in the implementation of these people should be involved in the mission of evangelization But it is unfortunate reality in less application implementation and the involvement of members of the mission due to lack of understanding of the concept of the great commission, therefore, in this study the researchers chose the title, namely: Application of Concept The Great Commission Based on Matthew 28:19-20, and Member Engagement Church Seventh Seventh Day Adventist Church Pioneer Sario Manado In Mission. The results of this study, researchers find out the extent of adoption of the Great Commission Concept Based on Matthew 28:19-20 which becomes variable X, and the involvement of community members in the mission as a variable y, then researchers distributed questionnaires to members of the Church of Seventh-day Adventist Church Pioneer Sario, and results shows that of the 115 respondents who had answered every a statement on the Application of the Great Commission Concept Based Matthew 28: 18-20, and the involvement of members of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Mission. Obtained a score of answers to the questionnaire in value by 4.56. This means that overall the respondents strongly agreed on the Application of Concept Based on the Great Commission of Matthew 28:19-20, and Member Involvement Seventh-day Adventist Church in Mission. Thus an understanding of the concept of the great commission to sustain the application and member involvement in the mission, researchers hope this study will be able to help everyone who has accepted Jesus Christ to understand the concept of the Great Commission and ultimately involved in the mission.
