ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF OPERATIONAL AUDIT OF EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN THE MAINTENANCE DIVISION AT PT KUALA PELABUHAN INDONESIA Written by: Audrey Katlyn Nadine NIM: 1632138 This study aims to determine the effect of operational audits on employee performance in the maintenance division at PT. Kuala Pelabuhan Indonesia. This research was conducted using descriptive statistical methods, correlation coefficient analysis, determination test, hypothesis testing, and simple regression analysis. Data for this study were obtained from questionnaires. The primary data will be processed using SPSS, then concluded. Based on the results of data processing it is known that operational audits have an average of 4.26, and an average employee performance of 4.26. The average value indicates that the operational audit of employee performance has been done very well. Based on statistical calculations the correlation coefficient of r = 0.220 which means there is a low or a not strong relationship between operational audits on employee performance. Hypothesis test results found that operational audit doesn’t significantly influence between employee performance. Keywords: operational audit, employee performance
