ABSTRACT Title : ANALYSIS OF HANDLING OF THEOLOGY MARKUS 16:17 IN EFFECT OCCULT IN THE DISTRICT MADIUN - EAST JAVA. Researcher Name : Johanes Hendro Wirawan Supervisor Material : Dr.Bartholomeus Diaz Nainggolan, MPS Completion date : ____ Mei 2015 College : Universitas Advent Bandung Occult comes from the word "occultus" (Latin) which means hidden, secret, occult, mysterious, dark, or dark. Thus, the occult can be interpreted as ideas that embrace and practice the power and strength of the world's darkness or evil spirits. One of the ministry of the Lord Jesus cast out demons must release or really we take it literally is one of the main ideas that appear in Mark 16:17 states, ". . . They will drive out demons in my name. " This practice not only have damaged the Jewish religion from Age to Age but also contrary to the teachings of the Bible. Today's modern society considers Occult activity is an activity that can not be proven scientifically. Even people do not realize that had been blinded by the devil. But in fact the field show in Madison District Church have heard through the sermon about God's Word both in the church, morning devotions event at home, even at night, or Wednesday night, care group (KP) and at meetings of spiritual worship. However, it is likely that there is still the Church does not understand and practice or demonstrate in his life as it did in Mark did. Whereas with a view to the above problems then: Analysis theological handling markus 16:17 the influence of the occult in the district of Madiun, East Java. Analysis of theology is divided into three parts: First: The level of understanding of the Church throughout Madison District of Occult Influence Based on the Gospel of Mark is in the moderate category Second: Indicators Forms, entrance and Effect Occult About Influence Based on the Gospel of Mark 16:17 Third: Background Church In the district of Madiun, East Java on Occult Influence Based on the gospel-Mark 16:17. The average total value of each indicator gives scala 415.5-642.9 interpretation Strong with quality in Occult influences based on Mark 16:17 in the District of Madiun, East Java. Thus the author can use to formulate estimates the data in this study. The results showed respondents in theological analysis of Mark 16:17 in the handling and the influence of the occult in the district of Madiun, East Java in the reality of respondents indicated strong in Occult influences the average is 61% -80%.
