ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF MCCLELLAND MOTIVATION AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON WORK PRODUCTIVITY IN KAMPOENG LEGOK RESORT Written by: Ivo Yanti Simanjuntak NIM: 1531015 This research was aimed to know whether the practice of mcclelland motivation theory and work Discipline have a partial or simultaneous effect on work productiviy in Kampoeng Legok Resort. The population of this research was 50 respondents, whom were the employees in Kampoen Legok Resort. Data used in this research is primary data. McClelland's Motivation Theory on Work Productivity had a result of r = 0.387 where there was a low relationship, in the results of the t test that is t-count 2.908> 2.00856 t-table had a significant effect and the results of simple regression Y = 46.916 + 0.715XI which showed a positive relationship. The effect of Work Discipline on Work Productivity had a result r = 0.615 where there was a strong relationship, in t-test t-count 4,422> 2,00856 t-table where there was a significant effect and the results of simple regression Y = 30,829 + 0,328X2 showed that there was a positive effect. Simultaneously, McClelland's Motivation Theory and Work Discipline on Work Productivity had the results r = 0.632 there was a moderate relationship, the F test results had an f-count of 29.137 which showed that there was a positive effect and the results of multiple regression Y = 30.829 + 0.300 X1 + 0.328 X2 which meant that McClelland's Motivation Theory and Work Discipline have a positif effect on Work Productivity.
