ABSTRACT EFFECT OF SOLVENCY AND ACTIVITY RATIO ON PROFITABILITY ON PT. SUMI ASIH Written By: Alpri Sagala NIM: 1331002 This study aims to measure how the influence of solvency and the ratio of activity to profitability at PT Sumi Asih. The method used in this research is descriptive method that uses data with actual situation, processed, and concluded. This study uses secondary data. The population in this study used was the balance sheet of the company's annual financial statements from 2010-2015. The sample in this research was taken from data of Debt to Total Asset, Total Asset Turnover, and Return on Asset from balance sheet data of financial report of PT. Sumi Asih. From the results of the analysis of multiple correlation coefficient (r) = 0.895, indicating that there was a very strong relationship between solvency, activity ratios and profitability. And from result of test of f or test simultaneously got value fcount 6,070
