PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP MINAT PELANGGAN PADA RUMAH SAKIT ADVENT BANDUNG

ABSTRACT EFFECT OF QUALITY OF SERVICE ON INTEREST CUSTOMER AT ADVENT BANDUNG HOSPITAL Arranged by: Juventan Altonio Tan NIM : 1431010 This research aimed to: (1) understand about the quality of service and interest of Advent Bandung hospital customers. (2) describes the quality of service and customer interest. (3) to know whether there is influence of service quality to customer interest. This study uses a quantitative approach. Population specified Advent Bandung hospital. The samples were patients in second and third class rooms with 30 respondents. Using the questionnaire with the number indicators 8 for the entire variable with a total of 32 questions. Result of this research was: (1) the respondent's response about service quality is good. (2) the responses of respondents regarding customer interest is good. (3) t test result t-count, 0.027 for significant value. In conclusion of this research are (1) quality of service to customer interest have a significant effect. Keywords: service quality, customer interest.
