ABSTRACT THE IMPACT OF APPLICATION OF JOB ANALYSIS TO EMPLOYEE SELECTION PROCESS AT BANK NEGARA INDONESIA CABANG PERGURUAN TINGGI BANDUNG Compiled by: Edith Suci S Simanjuntak NIM: 1431013 To get the best employee, a good selection process is required. This research was conducted using descriptive method and causal explanatory to know the application of job analysis and selection process at Bank Negara Indonesia cabang Perguruan Tinggi Bandung. This study uses secondary data with all employees of Bank Negara Indonesia cabang Perguruan Tinggi Bandung as the population and all employees of human resources department and employees that involved in the implementation of job analysis and employee selection process as the sample. The overall mean both job analysis variable and selection process variable is 4.16, which means that Bank Negara Indonesia cabang PTB has performed the job analysis and selection process well. Both of these variables have a moderate and significant correlation relationship (0.005 <0.5) and job analysis variables accounted for 24.8% of the selection process variables and the other 75.2% were affected by other factors.
