PENGARUH MOTIVASI MCCLELLAND TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. L&M SYSTEMS INDONESIA
XMLABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF McCLELLAND MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN PT. L&M SYSTEMS INDONESIA By: Ruth Dian Novita 1631031 The purpose of this study was to support employee motivation based on McClelland's motivation theory on employee performance. This study uses primary data and questionnaire instruments that were distributed to 30 employees at PT. L&M Systems Indonesia. The average motivation result of 4.0667 shows that employees have high motivation. The results of the average performance of employees showed 4.193 which means that employees have high performance results. The results of this study indicate that the relationship of motivation with employee performance at PT. L&M Systems Indonesia is very strong with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.952. The coefficient of determination (r 2 ) shows the number 0.906 which means that variations in employee performance can be explained by motivation, while the remaining 9.4% was explained by other factors outside this study. Significance test showed the number 0,000 < 0.05 which means that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: motivation, employee performance
