ABSTRACT THE IMPACT OF CAREER DEVELOPMENT AND COMPENSATION TO WORKER MOTIVATION AT TOURIST ATTRACTION IN WEST JAVA By: Justin Hidayat Soputra The purpose of this study is to see the impact of career development and compensation on employee’s work motivation at West Java. This research method is qualitative method by using sample of research 132 respondent employees of Dago Dream Park and Dusun Bambu. Data analysis using correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, significance test by using SPSS. The results showed that the career development is given well, employees are given good compentation and employees have a good work motivation. The results of the study also showed an influence between compensation and motivation on employee performance with the magnitude of influence of 61,7% and significant at α 0.05 Keywords: Career Development, Compentation, Work Motivation.
