ABSTRACT THE IMPACT OF CAPITAL STRUCTURE ON FIRM VALUE IN PHARMACEUTICAL MANUFACTURING COMPANIES LISTED ON THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE 2014-2018 Asmarita Lairenza Cikitha Lidongi NIM: 1632076 The purpose of financial management is to increase the value of the company by increasing shareholder wealth. The prosperity of shareholders can be obtained through obtaining profits in the form of dividends and through stock prices in the form of capital gains. Increasing company value is characterized by an increase that increases the level of investment for shareholders. Market prices show the value of investors to the value of the company. This study was conducted to determine how the structure's influence on firm value in pharmaceutical subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 20142018. In this study, secondary data from the annual financial statements of 7 pharmaceutical subcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are used as a sample of this study. Samples were obtained using purposive sampling with the period 2014-2018. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test, consideration coefficient test, determination coefficient test, simple linear regression analysis and significance test (t test). Data collected in Ms. Excel 2007 and then processed with SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that the capital structure with indicators (DER) has no significant effect (0.033) on firm value with PER indicators. Keywords: Capital Structure, Firm Value
