ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF OPERATIONAL AUDITS ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF INCREASING COMPANY PERFORMANCE IN HACACA CENTRAL LOGISTICS Ltd. Written By: Parta H. Sitohang NIM: 1232073 Company performance was the work of the company in a certain period of time that was guided by the standards and various policies that had been set. Various factors cad an influence on improving company performance. This research was motivated by reports that operational audits could be a factor that had an influence in improving company performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of operational audits on the effectiveness of increasing company performance in Hacaca Central Logistics Ltd. The design used was descriptive with a sample of 30 respondents, namely employees working in Hacaca Central Logistics Ltd. who were selected using purposive sampling. The instrument used in measuring the implementation of operational audits and company performance was a questionnaire compiled based on indicators on each variable that had been tested for its validity and reliability. The results of this study found that operational audits conducted by PT. Hacaca Central Logistics had been done well and the effectiveness of improving the performance of customer companies towards PT. Hacaca Central Logistics was quite good. Pearson Product Moment correlation test found that there was a significant effect of operational audits on the effectiveness of increasing company performance in Hacaca Central Logistics Ltd. with a contribution of 58.6%. This research was expected to be an additional insight and information about factors that can affect company performance so that it could be developed in further research by adding other variables so that they can contribute more useful to companies or readers.
