ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF TAX AVOIDANCE ON FIRM VALUE ON TRANSPORTATION COMPANIES YEARS 2015-2017 Written By: Benny Alexandro Austin NIM: 1532057 The research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the effect of Tax Avoidance influences on firm value. This research used descriptive method with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted on transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017 with research sample of 12 research companies. The results of this research indicated is that no significant effect between Tax Avoidance on Firm Value with a value of 0.258> 0.05, the effect of X with Y is very small. The results of this study can provide knowledge and benefits to further researchers to add several variables to transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
