ABSTRACT EFFECT OF PROMOTION ON SALES OF BANDUNG ALLEGRIA APARTEMENT Arranged by: Intan Sitompul NIM:1431033 This study aims to find out how the influence of promotion on sales in allegria bandung apartments in 2018-2019. The method used in this study is a descriptive method. Based on the results of the statistical analysis carried out by the author, the descriptive analysis of this study shows the occurrence of an increase and decrease in the apartment. The situation fluctuates every year. This shows that each of these apartments happens to go up and down every year. Overall the company has an average promotional cost of Rp. 61,531,666.67. And found the biggest promotion costs in August of Rp. 77,070,000. And the smallest Promotion Fee in May was 28330,000 and promotional activities carried out by the company were like open tables, Exhibitions, TSM, Online Facebook, etc. Overall the company has an average sales of Rp. 6,148,907,831.08 with an average unit which sold 10.83 units. And found the biggest sales in December of Rp. 13,118,525,150 with 22 units sold. The results showed that there was no significant influence between the costs of promotion and sales. This is indicated by the p-value of .273> 0.05. And there are indications of a negative and low relationship between the costs of promotion and sales.
