PENGARUH DESAIN PEKERJAAN TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT.NUSANTARA SECOM INFOTECH

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF JOB DESIGN ON EMPLOYEE WORK MOTIVATION AT PT.NUSANTARA SECOM INFOTECH Written by: Ellen Graciela Jacobus NIM : 1531032 This study aims to determine the effect of Job Design on Employee Work Motivation. Tjis research are used primary data, data collection techniques in this study are by distributing questionnaries to employees of PT.Nusantara Secom InfoTech. The number of samples used in this research was 60 employees at PT.Nusantara Secom InfoTech as respondents. The research method used is the Descriptive and Causal Explanatory Method. Based on the results of the research conducted that Job Design was rated well with an average value of 3.98 and Employee Work Motivation with an average value of 3.76. Based on the results of the test the correlation coefficient with a result of 0.729 shows a strong relationship between Job Design and Employee Work Motivation. And for a significant test it is known that t-count 8,122 > 2,00030 t-table thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that there is a significant effect between Job Design on Employee Work Motivation. The results of the Determination Coefficient Test (KD) are 0.532 meaning that the Job Design contributes to the Employee Work Motivation of 53.2% while the remaining 46.8% is influenced by other factors. And the results of a simple regression analysis are Y = 4.150 + 0.467X which means that there is a positive influence between Job Design on employee work motivation.
