ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF PARENTS, TEACHER COMMITMENT AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT TO CHARACTER EDUCATION OF ADVENTIST KINDERGARTEN IN JAKARTA CONFERENCE AND SURROUNDING AREAS Goksan Romauli Simorangkir, 1434009, Postgraduate Program, Master of Management, Universitas Advent Indonesia, 2018 The aims of this research are to find out how the role of parents, teachers”commitment and community involvement have partial and simultaneous influence on the character education of early childhood in Adventist in DKI Jakarta Conference and surrounding areas. This research is a quantitative research using four variables, that is parent role, teacher commitment, and community involvement. Research subjects are parents, teachers and community of DKI Jakarta Conference and surrounding areas with a population of 70 parents, 40 teachers, 100 communities and also as a sample spread in 8 kindergartens in Jakarta and surrounding areas through stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires. Further Test instrument using test validity, reliability test. And prerequisite analysis test using normality test, homogeneity test, autocorrelation test, multicorelation test, heteroscedasticity test. Then test the hypothesis using multiple regression,t test and F test. Regression analysis results showed regression equation Y = 21,834 + 0,185 X1 + 0,182 X2 + 0,602 X3, it mean that community envolvement have more impact to build children character education . The conclusions showed that Influence of parent (X1) is 1,612. result tcount < ttable or 1,612 < 1,658 and significance value > 0,05, is 0,109, Ho not provided. Teachers”Commitment (X2) is 2,367. Result tcount> ttable or 2.367 > 1,658 and significance value > 0,05, is 0,019, Ho provided. community envolvement (X3) is 7,709. Based on tcount > ttable or 7,709 > 1,658 and significance value > 0,05, is 0,000, Ho provided. It‘s mean that community envolvement have more impact to build children character education in Kindergarten Adventist Education DKI Jakarta Conference. Result of test F showed Fcount =24,762. Base don result of Fcount > Ftable or 24,762 > 2,68 and significance value < 0, 005 is 0,000 Ho provided. So it can be drawn up a conclusión that influence of parent, Teachers”Commitment and Community Involvement by simultant more impact to children Charachter Education in Adventist KindergartenDKI Jakarta Conference.
