ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF PHYSICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT TOWARDS EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE Written by: Chrishana Sandi Putri NIM: 1531037 The purpose of this research was to see if Physical Work Environment had towards employee performance. The population used was ± 490 and the sample used was 50 respondents from human resoource, finance, information and technologies, production, quality assurance, maintenance, and logistic department. The data used in this research are primary data. The analysis that was used in this research were average analysis, coefficient correlation analysis, t test, coefficient determination analysis, and simple regression analysis. The research showed that Physical Work Environment had a significant effect on the Employee Performance. Key Words: Physical Work Environment, Employee Performance
